In 2022, our founder and coach, Vistiana, said: Enough. Enough of diets. Enough of guilt. Enough of feeling at war with the body in the mirror. After years of struggling with restriction and frustration, she found a better waythrough balance, education, and compassion. She learned how to nourish, train, and transform without extremes. From that journey, Newport Nutrition and Training & Coaching (NNTandC) was born. Today, NNTandC is a coaching hub for people ready to break the cycle of toxic diet culture and finally build something realconfidence, energy, and results that last.
